Dr. Dusan Vasiljevic was born in Belgrade, where he finished high school and the School of Dental Medicine 1974. He cooperates with international facilities such as Bongarc Schultz, professor Brånemark - Karolinska clinics etc. 1986. began working with the Brånemark system which puts him among the top 13 German Implantologists. One of the first at Belgrade University (1988.) Introduced the modern implantology. 1990. participate (as a founding member) in the establishment of associations - Oral Implantologists Yugoslavia (failed due to the disintegration of Yugoslavia). Dr. D. Vasiljević is a lecturer at numerous professional meetings (32 national and 74 international) and universities. 2000. receives the title of Diplomate, ICOI (The International Congress of Oral implantologist). He was adviser to the government of Dr. Zoran Đinđić, at the Ministry of Diaspora. 2003. gained the title of specialist in implantology Deutschen Gesellschaft für Zahnarztliche Implantologie eV (DGZI) and the European Dental Association (EDA). He is a member of the European Committee BDIZ EDI. 2007. founded the UOI-SCG (Association of Oral Implantologists SCG). In the same year organized the first, now traditional, Mediterranean BDIZ EDI Symposium. 2010. with colleagues Prim. dr B. Kardašević and Dr. Z. Marjanović initiate the establishment of the first implant associations in Serbia, USSI EDI, as a partnership with the Association BDIZ EDI. He has received many honors, such as: "Gold Medal" of the Belgrade University, the President of Serbia and Montenegro high decoration - the Order "Philanthropy", spec. Gramme of His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Pavle etc.
